I have to produce emails for litigation and am trying to figure out after
searching for a specific name how to export all of the emails needed without
having to open and copy each one individually?

Select the items, then drag-and-drop them to the target location (e.g.
on Windows Explorer). Use right-click drag-and-drop to select between
Copy and Move.
