Copy my email folder structure from one computer to another?

I'd like to copy my email folder structure from one computer to another. Both
run Windows XP Pro and Office 2003 with Outlook. They are not networked. Its
the array of folders that I'd like to set up on the second computer, not the
emails in the folders. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks.

All of Outlook's "folders" are kept in a single file called the "Personal
Folders" file or PST. Migrate that file to the other computer, set up a mail
profile to use it, and you'll have exactly the same folder structure. See

Set up Archiving, but use a date well before any emails you have. That
/should/ just replicate the folder structure without any content.
Then just copy the resultant pst file (usually called "archive.pst) to the
other machine...
