"Copy to" "Move to" minor glitch

When I copy or move some files from one folder to another using the "copy
the selected items" or "move the selected items" commands, the Copy items
or Move items box opens, and the name of the last folder I used is usually
highlighted in dark blue.
Now it is highlighted in a very pale grey.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on?
I know its only minor, but its really bugging me.
