Office 2003, I have two accounts set up.
One account has Business Contact Manager the other does not.
Is there an easy/simple way to copy the Business Contact Manager and all the
contacts from one account to the other, without corrupting data?
Or do I have to install the BCM program in that account first?
Is there a step by step how out there?

Hi

When you say Account are you refering to a profile in Outlook ?If so the BCM
Data can be transfered by using the export option for BCM (select as a
..bcm ).Once the export is done you should be able to import the same into
the other profile

Hi Raul,
The accounts are my two seperate Windows login accounts.
One Windows account has the BCM program installed the other does not.
Does this change the transfer process?

Hi

Thanks for the info you would have to install BCM on the other windows user
profile and then do the transfer Btw are you running BCM V1 or V2 you can
find that by looking under help > about BCM .Coz if it is V1 and you export
the data as .bcm history will not get backed up this has been added in the
latest version

Hi Raul,
Thank you for your help, very much appreciated.
It appears I have BCM Ver 1 w/SP1...
I went to the Office web page to see about downloading the Ver 2 update
(177.1 MB @ 56K would take 7 hours & 12 min.
Unfortunatly I have an ever slower internet access speed "26.4".
It would take approx 14 hours!! I tried to Order the BCM Ver 2 CD Kit but
web page (Microsoft.order-4.com) will not allow me to view it for some
reason???
Is there another way for me to obtain/order the Ver 2 update on a CD?
