Copy Mini DVD to hard drive not working using Nero express 6

I finalized my mini dvd, put it in my DVD drive, clicked the Nero Copy DVD
icon, which opened the "Select Source and Destination" screen. I can select
my source DVD drive, but when I click on the down arrow for selecting the
destination, nothing happens. I would expect a directory to come up so I
could select My Video directory as the destination.

When I click the disk info, it shows me DVD Session, Session 01 (1,396 MB),
Track 01: 0 1,429,088KB, Data(mode 1). I expected to see a TS_Video and
TS_Audio folder, so I'm not sure if the disk is formatted right.

If I open Windows Explorer, and try to open the DVD drive (D:_NEC DV-5700A
(ID:0 HA:1) I get a dialog box asking me to insert the DVD -- but it is
already inserted. I try to eject and reinsert, but get the same message.

This is all very bizarre, and I expected this to be much easier. Sony
support was useless and Nero support hasn't responded in 5 days. Help would
be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
