How to copy a meeting and/or invitees?

I frequently need to have followup meetings with the same attendees, but
cannot figure out a way to copy the original meeting and its invitees into a
new meeting invitation. (BTW - Lotus Notes has some of this function.) It
is very time-consuming to retype the details, especially to manually re-add
the invitees. Since these are not standing meetings, they do not really
merit a separate distlist.
