I have copied a CD to the Media Library on two different
computers. One copied all the track Title names and the
Genre etc while the other simply copied all the tracks as
track #1 etc. Does anyone know what I have set wrong on
the one that only copies the tracks? I put in the CD and
select the action to "Copy from cd

Was one of the computers connected to the internet when
you copied the CD? Windows Media Player has an online CD
database and automatically downloads CD data (tracks,
artists, genres etc) when connected to the internet.
Or possibly on the other computer it didnt have internet
or it just wasnt connected at the time of the process.

Thanks, Yes one was NOT connected to the internet and I
