Copy Macros to Other Questiions

My co-worker created several macros. Each macro prints out the contents of a
document, such as a reply letter. All of the macros work and she stores them
on a Toolbar. How can she send or copy all of her macros to other members of
the staff so they can use the same macros on their computer?
