Is there a tool where I can copy URLS which are located in the history and
Favorites on multiple computers to another destination?

Hi,
Favorites can be exported to an HTM file from IE> File> Import and Export.
Or you can copy favorites or folders of favorites. In XP (for example)
Favorites are at C:\Documents and settings\account name\Favorites.

Saving/moving History is more difficult.
Try Internet Explorer Backup - BackRex Software:

or IEHistoryView- NirSoft: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/iehv.html

Hope this helps,
