C. J.
I had a lot of things open at the time, including my browser. I was in
Outlook at the time, trying to copy an email address from a message to a new
message. While I was waiting for someone like you to help me, this is what I
got from those GREAT, WONDERFUL folks at Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates:
Text copying is disabled. Copyright by Penn Schoen & Berland Associates. All

Damn, it's still doing it! (I copied from Outlook to this web window)
Here is the reply from ps-b.com which I have to manually TYPE from a copy,
GRRRRH!
+Ms Vanessa ***,
+First of all, on behalf of our company, we thank you for taking one of our
online surveys.
+To regain your copy and paste function, all you need to do is to close out
all active browsers. This should resolve the problem.
+However, if you still have problems, please delete all temporary internaet
files or empty your browser cache from your browser.
+Thank you for your kind attention.

C.J. From several days ago, when this cropped up, I have turned on and off
my machine several times and haven't filled in surveys for that period of
time. So closing browsers, Firefox or Explorer does not work for me. I will
now try to clear my temp files and see if that works. I think emptying my
browser cache is uncalled for but will do that if the temp files solution
does not work.
This disablement of the copy function affects everything, including
pictures. There was a guy in a Google search posting on another forum that he
couldn't copy his Photobucket pictures!
I predict that it won't be long before P.S.B.A. fixes this as they will get
a volume of hate mail from people like me.
