That was just a test to see if you could open your web live. IF it did not
open the web (you should have seen all the files listed on the left
column..the Folder List) then your un/pw is probably not correct and/or it
could be the extensions are wacked.
You don't want to just copy or save as stuff from FP web..because the web is
an entire group of files that are interrelated. You need to open the web
live and Publish it to hd...NOT Import or Copy pages from it...you can but
this is not what you want to do.
Contact your host, have them reset or check your un/pw, have them check or
re-install the FP extensions.
btw...don't use a third party ftp program either as this will wack the
extensions too.

| Okay thanks. I tried this and was able to save the home page on my hard
| drive. I clicked on "Edit with FrontPage" and it prompted me for my
| password. Again, I think there is a problem with that because I had to
| eventually hit cancel and then it let me view the home page only in live
view
| as if I could make changes to the text, etc. So I clicked on the "Save
As"
| button and save the home page on my hard drive. Do I need to just open
wach
| page and save them in this manner or should I be allowed to save the
entire
| site all at once when I click on the Edit with FrontPage button? At any
| rate, you help has been very valuable because at first, I didn't even have
| the home page on my hard drive....now if I could get them all, that would
be
| great. Thanks again.
