Is there a way that a folder can be copied automatically
to all user's machines? Then after it's copied, they are
kept synchronized on a regular basis. Do I need a 3rd
party software to do this or does Windows provides file
synchronization with end-user's PCs?

Thanks in advance.

Third party software. How many PCs are you talking about?

There will be approximately 100-150 users that will need this. Do you know of any particular 3rd party software that is best for this

Thanks for your assistance in advance

I use a program called Second Copy to sync files with 4 computers, but
100-150 might be unwieldy. I will poke around to see what I might find.
