You never export or import Outlook data to transfer it. Even if you did, you
would never convert it to some other format to do so.
You have an Outlook data file.
Copy it. Open it in your new installation. Then use it however you wish.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
