We are setting up a new file server and need to move all
files/folders for the private/public shares from old
server to new server, while keeping the permissions the
same from the old to new server. Does anyone know how to
do this?

There are a number of programs that do that. In the Windows 2000 Resource
Kit there is one called Robocopy which works great.
