hi

this is a query out of access. when i try to copy a file
from remote folder, i get a message

for eg

g:\ is not available.check if u are connected to the
network. if u are connected then may be the file would
have moved from there.

but i can see the file open it etc from the remote
location. i just want to copy it into my local disk.

pls. help

We get this same error where I work. If the file is
actually in the correct location, something may be wrong
with your network connection. If nothing is wrong, try
reconnecting to the file through Access (we have a menu
option called "reconnect to data files" where we browse
for the correct file).
