How to copy a file from a .NET solution into a local folder during Runtime

I'm want retrieve a file, edit it and then copy it to a folder during
runtime

I'm trying to figure where exactly can I store these files in the
..NET solution so that I can access them during RunTime.

If I understand your question, you are looking for a place to store
application specific files? If thats the case I would investigate the
System.IO.IsolatedStorage Classes.
