Copy File error 1148

Hi

Trying to copy some files from a Win2k server to a NT 4
SP6 server, keep getting the error message Cannot copy
files error 1148.

Any ideas? I've tried copying from both boxes, returns the
same error and fails when copying direct and via UNC
mapped drive
