JIm,
Check and see what printer is set as a default. My guess is that it is a
laser printer of some kind. YOu need to set the default printer to be a
color printer for the colors to come through.
YOu don't have to have a color printer, you just need to install the drivers
for a color printer, make it your default printer, then do your copy paste.
You can change the default printer back to the real printer when you aren't
doing the copy/paste.
