Copy error while installing accessories

I accidentally removed all the accessories and games from my Windows XP Home
SP2. Now I tried to install them from the Windows CD AND from Windows
add/remove programs-function. Everytime I get a copy error saying that
Windows can't copy a file from the CD i386 directory. I copied the folder
from the CD to my hard drive without any problems but Windows can't install
the files from my hard drive either. Still the same error occures. Any
suggestions, solutions?
