Outlook must be installed, configured with the data file, on the same PC as
Mail, before in Mail you can import from 'exchange'

Your best bet is to keep using outlook 2007 and not switch to Windows
mail in Vista. Windows Mail is out dated and discontinued. If u can
reinstall outlook 07 on the new system you would be able to easly
transfer the .pst file from the older pc to the newer one. But if u
can't install it windows mail should still accept the .pst file from
outlook 07.
