I am trying to take emails from a certain individual and copy them from the
inbox to a certain named folder. I do not want the emails moved, but rather
copied. How can I acheive this?

Perhaps I need to clarify, I need all of the emails from that individual that
will be sent in the future to automatically copy to a designated folder....is
this possible?

You can create a rule for that.

Umm, well thanks for that info. But how do I create a rule that would do
that specifically? I am not an MVP like yourself, so I need some
instructions.

In outlook go to Tools-Rules and Alerts-New Rule and follow the wizard. it's
not THAT hard to find things out for yourself, you know....

Gordon, well thanks for the help for finding where to get started. However
the smart ass comment wasn't appreciated. Not all of us are experts at using
the program, and some people need help getting started. I am sure if you
were to ask a question, you would feel the same if you didn't know how to get
started as well.
