I have , Roxio Creator basic v9, installed on my computer, to copy disk. It
will not copy a disk. In help and support, it tells you to shut down you
screen saver and close all programs. This I did, but still will not copy disk.
My system- Vista Windows home premium.

Just a thought, perhaps farfetched.

Typically only one DVD drive is RW, the other is R or only. Are you sure
your DVDs in the right position?

Also, I am not sure, perhaps you first have to format the disk?

I would suggest you try Roxio Support.
