how to copy a data field content into clipboard in Acess 2003?

Perhaps I misunderstand this question, but did you try selecting the
field, then:

Ctrl + C
or..
Edit + Copy

You can also use:
[ControlName].SetFocus
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdCopy
