I am doing a pseudo backup by copying a folder from one computer to another.
the problem is when a file name is too big, the Copy/Paste generates an
error stating filename too big and stops copy.

Anyone knows a way around this?

thanks,

Map a drive letter to a share and/or use the SUBST command to create a drive letter for a
local path.

It is also suggested to flatten the path so you won't run into the max. lenth of a
file/path issue.
