How copy a cell with mixed text (regular, bold, italic) with a fo.

If I copy a cell with mixed text (regular, bold, italic) into a different
cell it shows exactly same mixed text.
However, if I copy it with a formula "=A1" then it shows regular text only.
How do I change that?

You can't do it with a formula - you would need a macro.
