If you do not have Nero, or similar, you can try one of these:

Make sure what you choose is Vista compatible.

Copy the entire contents of the source CD to your hard drive then use
it to "burn" another copy. Won't work if source CD has copyright
protection schemes.

A lot of software products out that do hand holding if you need that.

That won't work for bootable CDs, or cross-platform CDs, when the original
data is needed.

He didn't say WHAT KIND of CD he was trying to copy.
