Copy calendar in my account to be used by another user

I have a secretary who put her employer's calendar under herself. Now, she
is leaving the facility and we need to copy her calendar to her boss'
account.

What is the easiest way to do this?

The employer has never used her calendar under her name ---- she relied on
her secretary. The employer also has a blackberry connected to her pc -
with this be affected at all?
