I used the behaviors task pane to add some effects - when the cursor goes
over the link, the font changes and a box goes around the link - I want to
copy that formating to some other links but am unable to find a way to do
that.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You have to apply the behaviors individually, as the written specifically for the element you have
associated it with.
