I have a dossier that is granulated in several sub documents.
I have a main document that contains only the table of content with links to
each document.
Each sub document have a cover and a footer that contains the title of the
document.
When I reproduce this document structure I would like to change only title
title, resulting in changing the titles in all the sub documents.
The result should be like in Excell when the data of one cell is copied
automatically in an another cell with a formula like =A3

Try a Field called IncludeText. You may need ot create a new Bookmark, but
it does work. Be aware that this field does not automatically update, manual
refresh with F9, or right-mouse click update field.
You can have the settings on Tools, Options, Print, Update fields, checked
to ensure when printing the correct information is present, but this setting
can cause other problems elsewhere in the documents, so use cautiously.
