Copy an appointment to another day

How can I copy an appointment to another day witout deleting the original
appointment? For instance a meeting which not is at the same time or not at
the same weekday or not at the same day in the month.

I drag with the right mouse button. You can drag and drop onto the little
calendar (date navigator).
