Copy & Transfer of XP Pro Desktop Font(s)

Many years ago, when I installed Windows XP Pro onto my desktop PC, I
had downloaded some online desktop theme(s) and have been using it
since. Now, I have a laptop with Windows XP Pro too, and I would like
to have the same desktop appearance--especially the font used. I can no
longer remember where or which theme I'd downloaded from previously for
the desktop. Is there a way to copy and transfer the desktop theme or
font over to the laptop? TIA!
