Copy and Paste Issue Windows 7 64bit

Not really an Access thing more of a
Windows 7 64bit Issue.
When I was running Windows XP,
To copy and paste a file was like this.

MIDDLING_be.accdb
became
Copy of MIDDLING_be.accdb

Now on Windows 7 64bit,
To copy and paste a file
goes like this.

MIDDLING_be.accdb
becomes
MIDDLING_be-Copy.accdb

Is there some setting on Windows
7 64bit that controls this?
