I have created an HTML email shot in Frontpage which i am looking to copy and
paste into Outlook to send out. I can do this if I have a background which
is just one colour however if I use a jpeg it will only copy the text.

Any ideas on how I can copy it with a picture as the background?

You have to create a absolute URL (http://www.yourdomain.com/images/background.jpg) to the
background image or you have to create the HTML email in Outlook Express directly.
