Working with Outlook 2003.

Is there any way to paste a week’s view of an outlook calendar into an
email? I’ve fiddled for what seems like ages but have got nowhere as it wont
let you copy and paste!

You can with Outlook 2007 or later. For Outlook 2003, you can try a
screenshot or choose;
File-> Save as Web Page...

You can then zip the files and send that.

Another way to go would be to export the calendar to a vcs-file.
