How to copy all mail folders to new computer?

I use Outlook 2007 on my old XP machine and wish to copy all my mail folders
(Saved, Deleted, Sent, et cetera) to my new Vista machine, also running
Outlook 2007.

What is the best way to do this?

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
