Copy address & phone# from 'Account' Contact to 'Business Contact'

's Computer Specifications

I'm not a power user - is there a way to automatically populate a business
contact's address & phone# from the 'account' contact to which the business
contact belongs? Currently I'm manually reentering the same data for every
contact and am getting tired of it!

Or create the contact by dragging a copy of the account into the
Business Contacts folder, and then editing the new contact with that
person's info.

Driving my nuts. How do you update? Running 'update' says I'm all up to
date but I'm running version 1. Gotta buy something?
