You can use the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard from Windows XP or
Windows Easy Transfer from within Windows Vista for that.
I personally wouldn't recommend using those tools for transfering Outlook
settings due to the complexity of mail profiles. You're much better of
recreating the mail profile manually. See;
