Can anyone help me please with this problem i am having.

Every time i try to copy any files to a disc an error message comes up
saying....
windows has encountered a problem do i want to try again. i try but it comes
up the same error..

Kathy, you will need to be more specific, is this when you are copying to a
CD, a 3.5" floppy, memory stick, hard drive or external hard drive?

A few details about the operating system would be handy as well.

Sorry ..yes to a CD i want to copy things i have in my documents as i seem
to put everything there.i i have XP sp2 i think it is.

Thank you..i have Nero but still comes up i cannot copy or burn i think my
settlings are correct as i have used the program before.
