I'm new to outlook and need help. I don't wish to leave a copy of my emails
on the server accounts that are being pulled into outlook. I think this is
possible, but can't figure out where to set it.

It is on the Account Properties page - Tools->options->mail
setup->accounts->view or change->more settings->advanced tab.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

When I go to more settings, all I have is General or Connection, but no
advanced tab. My outlook is 2002 if that makes a difference?

What type of account is it?

One is an HTTP and the other is a POP/SMTP. I know that Outlook Express is
much easier to set up, but I like the calendar options available in OUtlook.
I just seem to have a lot of problems setting everything up.

This is true of your Hotmail (HTTP) account, but your POP account will have
an Advanced tab. HTTP accounts always leave messages on the server. POP
accounts may or may not, depending on the configuration Milly mentioned.
