I'm not sure what is happening with these repeated warning symptoms. I'm
beginning to suspect some variant of the issue with folks who find that
various checkboxes can't be changed, or that the program continuously runs
the first-run wizard--i.e. something isn't getting recorded properly.
As a stab in the dark, can you try an update install?
Start, Control Panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft Antispyware, Change,
Update
