I can't work out if Copernic Desktop Search is freeware or not.

Is it a beta? There is no pricing and when I install it I see it is
version 1.0.

It says free download and there is no buy button. Other products has buy
now. Whats does the EULA say?

Will Copernic Desktop Search always be free?

There will always be a free version of Copernic Desktop Search. In
addition, we plan to come out with a paid version of CDS with additional
features for advanced users, as we did with our very successful Copernic
Agent product.
