Cooling Mod for XTX in T.O. Area?

Can anybody recommend a PC shop in the T.O. / West GTA area who could do a
cooling mod on my X1900XTX? I would like to have a VGA water cooler to
replace the noisy stock cooler.

I don't have the expertise to do the mod myself, but I know well enough
that I want a cool, quiet system.
