I now know I hate Windows XP.

Now, I can't access FTP to work on my website, can't
access my e-mail accounts on my domain site.

Yes, I've done all the resetting of the allow cookies,
yada yada yada crap and still nothing.

I even removed Norton Antivirus thinking that would help
but nothing.

Of course I can't get any help through customer support
because they want you to call some number that keeps you
on hold then they want to charge.

Your operating system sucks!

You might try the following.

Open IE, go to Tools, select Internet Options, on the General tab, click
delete cookies, delete file and accept the option to delete all offline
files and Clear History. Then, go to the Advanced tab, under Browsing, try
selecting "Use Passive FTP," click apply and ok and see if that resolves the
issue.
