I can't enter a site which needs to have cookies enabled.
ie. "ebay.com". ok...in internet options i set the
security to low (the lowest possible) and for privacy i
chose "accept all cookies" (lowest possible). and still i
get a message "your browser is rejecting cookies"!!!

I had this problem yesterday too - not sure if this will
help, but Windows did an automatic update, and after that
I was fine with cookies. Check to see if you need
Windows updates. Not sure how to help you with the
updates, but if you can figure that out, it might help.
