cookies issue

's Computer Specifications

I cant enable cookies! Its on the lowest setting in the
privacy settings under tools, but still I am unable to
accept cookies. everything was fine till i got sp2.
Please help

Do you have any software that may be blocking cookies (McAfee etc.??)
