First let me state, NO SPAM. Any and all spam will be
prosecuted to it fullest extent. Or atleast until you run
out of money; paying off your lawyers and court fees.

Now thats said,

My cookies, history files and Temporary Internet Files are
being copied to my TEMP folder. How do I find this program
thats doing this? Also, how do I prevent this from
happening again? Thanking you in advanced.

PLEASE SEND ALL REPLYS TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS AND USE
SUBJECT ABOVE.

BSP,
You may need to clear your TIF as you may have a corrupt file there.

Close all instances of OE and IE
Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab
Click the "Delete Files" button, when prompted place a check in:
"Delete all offline content", click OK
Click the "Clear History" button, click OK.
Click the Settings button, adjust the TIF size to 50 mb, click OK

Possibly your cache folder is corrupt:
