Hello;

When I go to Norton Systemworks and enter into cookie
cleanup I check the boxes and an error message comes on
that says an Internet Browser is active on your system.
This browser needs to be shut down to perform this
function. The problem is that my internet connection is
shut off when I get this message. The Safety sweep is off
also. Any suggestions?

You don't have to be connected to the Internet to have an
open browser. Close all of the open browser windows.
