Converting Word documents to PDF if the Adobeicons are not showing

's Computer Specifications

I used to have 2 icons in Word (Windows 98) to convert my Word documents into
a PDF file. Now that I have Windows XP, those icons have disapeared and I
can't figure out how to convert my documents!
Help!
