Is there a way to convert WMA files to a lower bit rate when I synch
out to a device (a Creative Zen)?

I like to rip at a high bitrate for us on my PC, but I want to fit more
files onto my Zen...

Ideally is there a way to do this on the fly when synching?

Thanks!

Yes, this is set under WMP's Tools:Optionsevices in the Properties for
that device.
