converting to web based app

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a tool/product/server/combination of all which
will convert a windows based application(VC++ app) into a web based
application. The idea is to buy something off the shelf and try to run it on
the web rather than designing a web based app.

There is something similar offered by Oracle for their Form based apps.
